I have been a fan of the Hue since I originally discovered their sound. They just recently dropped “Aurora” which is a spacey soulful hiphop journey that any self respecting head must take. The production is spacey bubbly bounce laden tracks with boom bap meets dirty south sensibilities. The flow is lyrical with a native tongue meets southern flair. “Drive” is still one of my favorite jawns and slick featuring lady bug mecca but I love this project as a whole. This is a perfect release for spring, looks like the sound track of my 2016 cookouts is taking shape and freshening up thanks to The Hue. ENJOY!
