Toronto producers, Badbadnotgood connected with Toney Starks bka Ghostface to drop a cool and soulful album on us aptly entitled “Sour Soul”. Ghostface has been quite prolific lately and hasn’t missed with one of his recent releases. As a fan I must say I actually like this album production wise better than his individual effort which is really solid but BBNG bring a classic soul X portishead feel to this jawn and since many classic Wu arrangements sound like the Protishead album “sour times”, I see the connection and I love it. Whether it was on purpose or accidental. ENJOY!
