ArtDontSleep Podcast IV (mixed by Elephant & Castle)

Art Don’t Sleep is a mixtape released last summer on the Plug research label, Home to avant garde/future soul greatness. Some of the artists found on that label are Shabazz Palaces,flying lotus,bilal and Pegasus Warning. As per usual I have to commend the left coast for their daring in the rigid world of music attributed to the R&B and hip-hop genre. This mixtape is a good listen and this label provides hope for those of us who appreciate artistic experimentation.
