The Bullitts continue doing incredible work by bringing together two of my favorite artists Yassin Bey and Jay electronica, Not to mention country and hip-hop for the lead song off the upcoming movie “They Die by Dawn”. The movie places historical black cowboys like Nate Love “Deadwood Dick” and stage coach Marry in a shoot out with their contemparies for $80,000 in reward money. This song captures the feel given off by the trailer well, with a solid soundscape built on the western meets hip-hop theme. This could have been cheesy like it was in the past(see the movie posse), However the bullits, Yassin bey, Jay electronica and Luciy Liu gave us a gem that can stand alone. ENJOY!
