Count Bass D the legendary underground emcee, producer and all around entrepreneur is at it again, this time hitting us with cloak and dapper which is a collection of his eccentric production pieces built around 80’s/90’s R&B. The results is a chilled collection of snippet like beats in fact my primary complaint about this effort is the fact all of the beats appear to be rather short but I understand that in the experimental electronic genre this is common…ENJOY!
