Em dropped “Detroit vs everybody” featuring Royce Da 5’9″, Big Sean, Danny Brown, Dej Loaf, and Trick Trick from his up coming album “shady XV”. Of course this is lyrically insane as you would expect it to be but the hook kind of dragged the song down. I think it would have been better as a straight rip track with either no hook or let a DJ cut the hook toward the end after trick trick spoke. I hope trick trick flips this track into a true Detroit street song like he does so well. I think trick can bring something out of this beat with his voice and cadence. But all and all this was a solid intro….I am just not pleased with this hook(and I am getting tired of the cookie cutter production), The artists did their job on this jawn. ENJOY!
