Mick Jenkins is a rather prolific Chicago rapper that drops introspective and heavy lyric. His most recent effort “The water[s] is a concept album centered around water. This is a good mixtape if you love electronic low fi production with Jazzy undertowns. The lyricism is sick and Mick more than handles the bars on this effort even with such notable indie features as Statik Selektah and Joey Bada$$. ENJOY the water[s] it’s dope!
